The ticket holder is admitted on condition and,by use of the
ticket,agrees to the following:
All general admission festival
seating- first come, first served. The program will be held rain
or shine. No refunds, no exchanges. Program subject to
change without notice. Management not responsible for
personal injury, theft, loss or damage to personal property.
Management reserves the right to photograph holder for
motion picture and/television and to utilize such photographs
for these purposes without payment of any monies for such
use.
WARNING: Your ticket must not be resold or offered for resale
at a premium in excess of the amount allowed by any federal,
state or local regulation. No pass-out tickets. Ticket holder
will not be permitted to leave premises and return except in
case of emergency.
NO FOOD, NO BOTTLES, NO CANS, NO COOLERS, AND
NO PETS.
Lawn chairs and blankets OK. All persons,
property and bags entering the grounds are subject to random
search for safety and security purposes. Intoxicated patrons
may be denied access to the venue.Patrons park at their own
risk and venue assumes no risk or liability for any damage,
loss or theft sustained to vehicle. No Tailgating, No Overnight
Camping.No Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia. No weapons or
items that resemble weapons, or can be used as weapons.
Management retains the right to expel from premises any
person whose conducts is deemed objectionable.
